Study reveals about 80 percent of cannabis users say cannabis helps their workouts

A recent study conducted by the University of Colorado Boulder revealed that cannabis can be actually beneficial for your health! Author Angela Bryan, a professor in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and the Institute for Cognitive Science said that while people stigmatize cannabis and often believe that it leads people to be lazy and couch-locked, studies show that is not the case. The professor however does not recommend people using cannabis as an alternative for exercise to maintain their health. She further added that no solid evidence has been found yet that backs up the claims of CBD. But, she does not deny the fact that so many people have reported positive effects of cannabis and showed signs of improvement. In the study, about 600 people who used marijuana on a regular basis in California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington were asked if they consumed cannabis within one or four hours after they exercised and around 82% of the people said yes.
